John C. Robinson is a seasoned investment professional with more than 25 years of global institutional financial services and capital markets experience. He has held senior management, investment consulting, investment banking, marketing, and product development roles in the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience in throughout the United States and internationally. During Mr. Robinson’s career, he has been the Acting Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Government of the District of Columbia and Trustee for the District of Columbia Retirement Board. He also served in the City of Atlanta’s Finance Department as Chief Investment Officer, Cash and Investments. He was a Board Member for the Pan American Development Foundation and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

During his career, Mr. Robinson has been an underwriter of approximately $8 in capital market debt. Analyzed and issuance of governmental debt, asset securitization, tax increment, economic development, infrastructure, transportation, and varied revenue-backed financings. Mr. Robinson has managed a governmental treasury department with over $5 billion in cash management transactions and several billion dollars of capital market debt. He had oversight and managed operating and investment portfolios in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Robinson holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals and holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation Chartered Investment Analyst Level II Candidate and an advisory board member of the African Investor Emerging Manager Forum. Mr. Robinson holds several board and advisory positions.
