Marvin McHellon Jr. is Market President Producer for Truist in North Texas. He oversees the McKinney, TX market.  Marvin joined BB&T, now Truist in 2012 through the BB&T Leadership Development Program in Winston-Salem, NC.He earned a BS-Finance Degree from Charleston Southern University (CSU) in 2007, with Honors, and subsequently received his MBA-Finance from CSU in 2011. Marvin was a full-scholarship student-athlete (Football) at CSU from 2003-2006 and served as President of the school’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee from 2006-2007.  He currently holds the Credit Risk Certification (CRC) designation from The Risk Management Association, serves on the Executive Committee of the Frisco Bowl and also holds board positions with The Entrepreneurship Institute of North Texas and the McKinney, TX YMCA. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 14 years and their two boys (ages 2 and 5).
