She now owns multiple businesses, which include real-estate development and investments, and consulting. Elsa co-founded MYPOLARLIFE, a local mental illness advocacy company, in 2017 with her husband. She serves on the Advisory Board of Real Estate Institute of East Africa (REIEA) and is a member of the North Texas District Export Council. As a mother of three young women, a wife, and a member of her community, she is passionate about helping those around her and abroad through thriving business development.
